1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Account and order data: name, email address, phone, company, country, order contents, price, payment method and status, and the notes you add at checkout.
• Licence data: your licence key and, when the software activates or checks its licence, a hardware identifier (a hash, not your files), IP address and timestamps, held by our licensing service (multidigitaltools.com).
• Support data: ticket text and attachments, including server details you choose to share for free setup (we ask you to use a temporary user or key and to revoke it afterwards).
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and server logs; cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie policy.
• Messages you send us by email or the contact form.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

• To deliver your order, issue and manage your licence and provide support (performing our contract with you).
• To keep the site and licence service secure, prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our terms (legitimate interests).
• To keep accounting, tax and legal records (legal obligation).
• To measure and improve the website and offer live chat, where you agree to it (consent).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that process it for us: our hosting and CDN/security provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider, Google (Analytics and Tag Manager, only after you consent), our live-chat provider (Chatway, only after you consent), our licensing service (multidigitaltools.com) and payment providers once card payments are enabled (such as Stripe or PayPal, who process card details; we do not store card numbers). We may disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

We are based in the USA and our providers operate in several countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and licence data while your account or licence is active and for as long as needed for support, security and legal claims. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically up to seven years). Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Support tickets are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict some processing, withdraw consent at any time and complain to your data protection authority. 8. Security and children

We use HTTPS, access controls and encrypted storage of secrets, but no system is perfectly secure. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
