Refund policy
Every TurboMTA licence comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full price and revoke the licence key.
How to request a refund
Email info@sendunlimitedmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date with your order number or the email used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason, but telling us what did not work helps us improve; we are also happy to fix the problem through free setup support first if you prefer.
What you get back
The full purchase price of the licence, paid back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer if you paid that way) within 5 to 10 business days of approval. When we refund, the licence key is revoked and you must stop using the software.
Annual Support and Updates
The optional support plan is refundable within 30 days of purchase if no support session or review has been delivered.
Exceptions
- Orders where the software or our services were used in breach of the acceptable-use policy.
- Fraudulent orders or abuse of the refund process.
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, unless the law in your country gives you a longer right, which we will honour.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer so we can resolve it quickly. A successful chargeback has the same effect as a refund and the licence will be revoked.
