Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase and use of TurboMTA licences, free setup help and related services from SendUnlimitedMail. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The website sendunlimitedmail.com (SendUnlimitedMail) is operated by Moreslot LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its mailing address at 30 N Gould Street, Suite 6906, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: info@sendunlimitedmail.com. By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not order.

2. What we sell

We sell licences for TurboMTA, a self-hosted mail transfer agent for Linux and Windows (sold until 2026 under another name), optional Annual Support and Updates, and free setup help included with each licence. TurboMTA is software that you install on your own PC or server; we do not send email on your behalf.

3. Licence

  • Each licence covers one PC or server for the operating system you bought (the bundle includes one Linux and one Windows licence).
  • The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and does not expire. It gives you the right to use the version you received and any updates we provide to you.
  • You may not copy the licence key onto other machines, resell or share it, remove licence checks, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
  • Updates and priority support are provided with the Annual Support and Updates plan or the bundle's 12 months of priority support; other updates are at our discretion.

4. Orders, price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and apply when you place the order. You will receive your licence key by email and in your account after we confirm payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Refunds

Every licence has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our refund policy at /refunds.

6. Free setup help

Free setup help is a service on a reasonable-efforts basis. To receive it you must give us the access we ask for (for example a temporary SSH user or key), you confirm that you are entitled to grant that access, and you are responsible for backups and for revoking the access when we finish. We configure TurboMTA, a sending policy suited to your VPS provider's limits and the DNS records for your domain; we cannot unblock port 25 at your provider and we do not guarantee deliverability or inbox placement.

7. Acceptable use

You must use TurboMTA only for lawful, permission-based sending and comply with our acceptable-use policy at /acceptable-use. We may refuse support, suspend or revoke a licence, and end free setup help if you breach it. You are solely responsible for your mailing lists, content, consent records and compliance with laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy and CASL.

8. Warranty disclaimer

TurboMTA and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that your email will reach inboxes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or services is limited to the amount you paid for the licence or service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or damage to your sender reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

TurboMTA and its documentation are protected by copyright. PowerMTA is a trademark of its owner; TurboMTA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PowerMTA or Bird, and product names are used only to describe and compare. SendUnlimitedMail is a separate business from SendUnlimitedEmail (sendunlimitedemail.com).

11. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may terminate or revoke a licence for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a successful chargeback or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders and the date above shows the latest update. Questions: info@sendunlimitedmail.com.
